New John Deere 5105 GearPro™ Tractor Launched to Enhance Farm Productivity in India

John Deere, which serves more than one million Indian farmers, introduced its latest tractor line, which includes the 5105 GearPro™ model designed to enhance all aspects of contemporary agricultural work. The GearPro™ 5105, available in both 2WD and 4WD variants, features multiple gear speed options for better control during various agricultural tasks. 

The tractor design prioritises farmer comfort through its stylish steering wheel design and anti-slip rubber floor mats, and ergonomic seat system. The tractor also includes a 500-hour extended service interval, which helps to decrease maintenance costs and operational downtime. The 5105 GearPro™ system functions as a multipurpose machine that performs MB ploughing, rotary tilling, seed drilling, planting and agricultural haulage to meet different farming requirements.

John Deere has released product enhancements for all its equipment lines, with the 5105 model as their initial release. The 5210 4WD now includes a Creeper Speed option, enabling ultra-low-speed operations between 0.38 and 0.8 km/h for precision tasks like vegetable planting and trench digging. The 5405 PowerTech™ now includes Single PermaClutch™ Wet Clutch Technology with Reverse PTO capacity, which helps to decrease equipment damage while enhancing performance during heavy-duty operations. 

These new tractors reflect John Deere’s focus on precision farming and smart agricultural solutions. The company developed its new features to support Indian farmers with better farming practices, which will increase their productivity while decreasing their operating expenses.
